Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Balnceo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Balnceo is a bankroll tracking and analytics platform for poker, casino, and betting players. The Service allows you to log sessions, track debts, host live game rooms, and receive AI-powered coaching.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile.

4. Free & Pro Plans

Balnceo offers a free plan with core features and a Pro plan with additional AI capabilities.

  • Free plan features are available indefinitely at no cost.
  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. Prices are displayed before purchase.
  • On iOS, subscriptions are managed through Apple In-App Purchases. Cancellation and refunds follow Apple's policies.
  • On the web, subscriptions are managed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your profile.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Balnceo. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of local gambling laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission.
  • Abuse AI features by submitting harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

7. Disclaimer

Balnceo is a tracking and analytics tool, not financial or gambling advice. We are not responsible for gambling losses, incorrect calculations due to user input errors, or decisions made based on AI coaching suggestions. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Balnceo and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the company is registered.
